shark bite sus.
bought a 71 vet this spring. was checking things over. went back to work, did not drive it much then broke my foot . will get cast off in a week. my wife drove it last week end. I do not know how to set up shark bite sus. but when she hit a ruff seam in road the car would hit bottom. it needs to be adjusted where would I start at

71 with shark bite sus
it felt like the body bottomed out. the springs are screwed all the way out. I do not know where the shocks are set. I will get it up on ramps when I am a little more mobile. I like the way the car is set up, 383,shark bite sus. front and back, rack and pinion steering, 5 speed,motor is all chrome,

How can the springs be all the way out? The rear would be really high.
i have the front at 27" and the rear at 28" with 27" tires. Measured floor to fender.
I'm only about 1/4 up the shock threads.
