78 Power Door Locks
So I'm trying to get the power door locks to work on my 78. Both of the actuators work (one was replaced) and we just bought and connected new pigtails. Still nothing, so we bought 2 switches. Put both of those in-nothing. I have the car at my house right now trying to mess with different things and I took it up to one of my buddies at his shop. He hooked power up to it and was able to make both lock and unlock. Any suggestions on what the problem could be?

There is no relay for a 1978 power door lock.
There is a connector that is attached in the fuse panel that gets its power through the fuse beside it. IF that fuse is blown...the power door locks will not work.
