Carbs are meant to be rebuilt. If it clogs up or a seal fails, you just clean it up and replace the seal. A fuel injector on the other hand, that will cost you $100 each.
So I would bet that any carb you buy is going to have to be tuned to your engine. You might find one that is close but then you have to consider:
A fuel line solution that is not a big long rubber hose.
Possibly an adapter plate to mount it.
Adapting the choke.
If it's a Holley there are jets, pump cams and squirters to tune with.
For a $30 rebuild kit and (if needed) a $30 booklet on How to Rebuild and Modify the Q-Jet Carb (by Cliff Ruggles), you can have that "new" carb.....or, at least, a much better OLD carb than any new one you can buy. If there's nothing broken on your Q-Jet, just rebuild it and save several hundred dollar$.
