Can't Remove Roadwheel.

I mean it's on there, the Left Rear. I started with a rubber mallet going around the tire's circumference so as to maybe get a vibration going to loosen it. No.
Then I sprayed my favorite penetrating oil in the stud holes and wheel center. After 10 minutes; No, still stuck.
Then a long 2X4, end against the Arm-to-shock mount, and tried prying the wheel loose. No.
Then I positioned the 2X4 onto the inside of the wheel rim, under the car, with the other board's end on the opposite side of the car, and hit it with a small sledge a few times. Not budging.
Now I don't want to bend the mother. I'm concerned about that. The wheels were powder coated, and I believe that's the cause of this problem, although the Right Rear wheel came off with no problem for this brake bleeding job. I do feel good though that I found this problem in my garage, and NOT somewhere on the road.
Any thoughts on safe removal? Thanks.

Or if you have a long 2x4 stick it under the car from the other side up against the inside of the tire and give it a whack or kick. Keeps you from under the car.

It's on jacks (trailing arms near the body) AND blocks (under the strut/shock mount). But I just don't feel right kickin' on it while layin' under the car. Just me.

Yeah it's kinda funny, in a sick, macabre sort of way. But I know this type of thing happens more often than we dare care to think. The Safety people here know the stats for sure.

I was also going to say put the lugs in loose, and use the weight of the car as others have suggested.
Don't hit the rim with a hammer, or it will bend/ruin it. Don't ask me how I know
Method #2 (the sure thing) Get a 4-5 foot long 2x4. Grab it at one end and use the other to hit the hell out of the inside of the stuck tire (raised off the floor, of course). It will come off. Then wire brush the heck out of that pilot-ring and give it a light coat of primer/black paint.
{I gather that '75 has had this happen, also.
