All the gears for this build have been rem polished.
And yes Mike does good work.
Dave
ha!!! :-)
I was the one to show this to mike, and the first one he did this process with.. to REM and Cyro on my super 10 he did for me,,,
When he e-mailed me about the phone numbers of these places i was wondering who he was doing this for.. guess i found out!!
yes, the REM and cyro will add enough strength for an additional 100+hp in my research and understanding...
All the 4X4 folks are doing it to there jeeps with amazing results.
good thread,,
the reason i went Super 10 was for the lighter weight, and the lighter rotating assembly, I road race so I do not have the same super hard hits that a 1/4 mile guy would have... 427sbc 650hp, and i need to rev fast up and down..

Thank you Bill for sending the yoke! It is actually smaller then my stock yoke on the width and length so there should not be any fitment issues.
I added a little extra material to this cap for all the high hp guys running the 1350 drive shafts. I will touch base with Mike and see if the pinion yoke is identical.
Bill that last picture is one of the pair I am sending to you later this week. I posted picture to get Mike's opinion of the change we discussed.
The new part should give you plenty of strength and not create much in the way of clearance issues.
