It varies to some degree from year to year.
It's often on the driver's side frame rail.
For 71 it's on the same bolt as the antennas ground strap. Note 2 star washers are used.

Knowing your year model means EVERYTHING.
Often times...depending on the year model...it has nothing to do with the ground wire attached to the frame...but rather the ground wire in the light socket itself.
