Hi t,
A 68 small block engine (300hp or350hp) with a 4-speed transmission equipped car would have originally had an aluminum radiator.
If the car was equipped with a/c or automatic transmission it would have originally had a copper radiator.
Regards,
Alan
When I first acquired my 6t8 it had a SBC, stick. I thought the engine was original to the car, the tach has a 6000 red line, but that was some 20+ odd years ago and what did I know then. The car had the big copper radiator. Still have it buried somewhere. T
Always wondered if it was converted to a SBC.

Nope, no A/C. The car only came with 2 options; 4-speed and larger hp engine. I am thinking 350 327. Might be wrong but all big blocks come with rear sway bar. mine did not have one. T
A friends 68 390 hp 427 had a rear bar. That was what I was basing it on, but then aren't all BB 'performance'? His 427 always kicked butt over my 327 even with stage 1 of engine mods. T
