Default MSD-6AL Mounting

I'm upgrading my '69 L71 coupe with an MSD-6AL ignition. Have any of you done this? I'm trying to find a good place to mount the ignition box. Any ideas?

I put mine where the washer fluid bottle was installed.

When I was running a Big Block, I had mine behind the passenger dash. I wanted easy access and away from the heat and moisture under the hood.

Not sure if the 69 is similar. This is where I have my MSD Box on my 78

That's where mine is but a bit higher as I retained the windshield washer bottle. Been there 17 years with no problems.

Behind expansion tank. '71 Corvette

Thank you all for the quick response. I need to keep the washer fluid bottle to get an inspection sticker in Mass. Now I have some good ideas to start. The body is still off the car but will be mounted this week so I'll look at the ease of access after that.

Mounted mine in front of the radiator on a plate I made up. Been there for many years.

I installed mine inside the car under the passenger side below the dash. Easy access and keeps it away from the heat and the elements. Engine bay looks stock.
