I have a 1968 that was converted into a custom in the early 70's and they switched out the front clip to a 73 and glassed in a custom headlight system that no longer has the flip up lights. Is it possible to put the flip lights back in? is there a kit? I'm trying to make the front look like a factory C3 again.
...Is it possible to put the flip lights back in?...
Maybe, depending on how the custom lights were installed. Can you post pics of what you've found?
...is there a kit?...
No. You will need to shop for original parts. Purchase the 68 assembly instruction manual (AIM) and take a look at the original factory installation. The AIM shows all the original parts and lists the original part numbers.
There is a kit to convert the vacuum system to electric solenoid motors from a Mazda Miata or Ford Probe, but you would still need to source all the OEM brackets and covers as well.
Converting those back to original state will cost a small fortune and perhaps some critical support items were eliminated to make room for the present light set.
Do the lights not work? [electrical problem]
If you wanted a 'stock' car, why did you buy a 'modified' car?
Those could be Eckler's conversions. They may be bolted in using the original factory locations or they could be bonded in. Have you crawled under to take a look?
If they are bolt-in then converting back should be easy, just source the needed OEM parts on ebay or the classifieds (will not be inexpensive!).
If it is a one piece clip molded like that then I personally would glass them in flush (like the link above) or go all-out Motion like the examples in this link (since you already have the flares installed) https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...ca-1974-a.html

Purchasing "used" (aka, junk) headlamp buckets won't be expensive. But, finding/buying all the parts that need to be replaced to make them work... PLUS the parts in the vacuum system for your car (that likely have been discarded) will be.
Go the direction that "trips your trigger". Just fair warning that you may be entering that proverbial "can o' worms" we discuss on occasion.
Wish you GOOD luck with whichever direction you choose.
I believe those are the Monza lights. I think for me the biggest question is going to be how the heck you would install them. Hood needs to be removed (easy) Grill and supporting brackets (semi easy) actuator bracket (hard) Lid and adjustments (hard) and don't scratch or chip anything.
