I have a question about attaching the ac condensor to the radiaror core support. Are there any kind of bushings used or do you attach it dircet to the core support? Also what kind of fastener do you use on the bottom of condensor to attach it to the core support. Thanks, Ray.
Hi Ray,
The NCRS 70-72 TIM&JG, in the A/C area of the Chassis Section, indicates that the condenser is mounted directly to the core support at it's four corners using flanged, indented hex head, screws.
There is no mention of, nor does photo appear to show, any type bushing being used at that connection.
Regards,
Alan
