We are looking to replace the windshield in our 1996 Corvette and we are told we have to replace the foam dam at the bottom between the windshield and dash. Does anyone know where I can find this part?

I have the actual correct foam in the GM boxes but they are not for sale at this time. I am keeping them for myself when needed. I can say that you can use a very soft pliable foam and it will do the same thing ...UNLESS you are going for judging. All this foam does is stop the chance of a squeak IF the dash contacts the glass....and maybe make it look a bit 'cleaner' if there is a gap.
