68 vert deck lid
Does anyone have a video of the operation of the latch mechanism on the deck lid? Mine only had the top cables that release the lid, but the lower part is missing. I have bought the parts to make the covertible top pin release mechanism work but the handle seems to not be right. Does the handle have to be "pushed" to release the top because that's the only direction mine will go. Seems like it should be "pulled" just like the deck lid latch. there's no video anywhere on the net that shows the operation.
