When you are going very very slow and you put the brakes on the steering wheel close a move to the right. When you let off the pedal it goes to the left just a little.
I have changed all the parts in the front brake system. It is not as bad as soon as you touch the brakes at speed it slightly polls but does not continue to pull what could be the solution probably a steering components
If you do not have a brake fluid leak from any caliper on the car, I would assume that you got some fluid on one of the brake pads (right front). If so, that pad will grip more than a dry pad would. With time and use that should wear away. If it doesn't, you have a different problem. It is best to clean the surface of new brake pads just before inserting them...so messy fingers don't touch and contaminate them.

find a dirt road and go maybe fifteen mph and doa couple of brake tests to the point of skidding. afew slowly locking them up then a few going immediately to full lock. You'll be able to see which ones are grabbing and pulling and which ones are locking before the others. I had a pulling problem and tried this and My left rear wasnt locking and my car was pulling to the left. Its a poor mans skid pad but it will give you some good information
If you are at a stop and you put the brakes on and off the steering wheel move right and left are very slow speeds like when you're had stopped at light and inching ahead
I agree with 7T1. I think you either contaminated the pads on installation or you have a slight leak from either a hose joint or the caliper itself. I would drive it with one foot on the brake pedal just enough to engage the brakes for about 200 yards or so to burn anything off then see if it straightens out. If it does then the pull returns overnight you have a leak. Also, when you replaced the hoses did you use new copper washers between the hose and caliper? Those washers are single use only and must be replaced anytime a hose is removed.

when at the light and when i put my foot off an on the brakes the wheel moves. at speed it is minimal
that why i was wondering if it is a steering system or suspension issues.
Then you might want to jack the front off the ground then start the car and see if the wheel moves with the engine running. If it does then the problem would probably be in the power steering control valve which requires adjustment to center.

If you have power steering, the control valve has a 'balancing' adjustment (under the metal cap on the outer end) that needs to be made so that the wheel doesn't veer to one side (or the other). This could be your problem. To test it, get front wheels off the ground [straight ahead alignment] and remove the left wheel. Remove that cover and start the car. if the wheels move to one side, that balancing adjustment needs to be made. Check the Chevrolet Chassis Service Manual for the procedure. Easy to do...but specific in the steps which need to be taken.
no problem with the steering no movement when car is started... it does the reverse same in as i drive but the steering wheel moves right in reverse and left in drive
when you tap on on off the brake.from a stopped position
i did not replace the rotor they look very good i did not sand them down. this problem i am having might be a result of this in the first place.
i will give the rotor a good scuff with sanding pad on grinder
If its pulling to the right when braking, the left side is doing nothing. There is an issue with the left front caliper or rubber hose regardless of which direction of travel.
