Everything is gone........where / how do I start installing a new power steering system? Where to find what I need? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Purchase the 77 assembly instruction manual (AIM) and follow the install diagrams. The AIM also lists the GM part numbers for what you're going to need. Most of the system is being reproduced.

Did the car originally have P/S?
You need a parts list, Get the Assembly Manual and begin looking at what is missing.
Check online catalog houses.
Faint at prices.
Ok Mike you posted while I was composing.... 1 minute difference.
Can you show some pictures, is there a ps pump, tie rods, relay rod, idle arm, pitman arm.
if you have to start from o, you might want to look at a Borgeson unit. http://www.borgeson.com/xcart/home.php?cat=97

The Borgeson transformed my 79. I would never go back to stock.
Please post some photos of what you have. They should show if you have a car with stock-style manual steering, or broken power steering, or what.
You can install the Borgeson box. Or you could install a power steering box for an S-10 pickup for a lot less money.
Nothing wrong with the stock P/S, if you get all the pieces and they are quality parts. Lots less expensive to go the S-10 route.
I'm also curious how this could be, since you still need all of the other pieces.
The Borgeson steering box by itself is $413.50. Even if you got the S-10 box for free, and it looks like it requires welding an adaptor plate, that $400- is the limit of your possible savings. https://www.jegs.com/i/Borgeson/153/800108/10002/-1
Please bear with me, I hope it dosen't sound like I'm on a soapbox.
Finding power steering parts are easy both new and used. But read this thread, I'm not align with the poor quality issue, but believe that because the parts/systems are not made in large quantities for production systems. The quality is just not available.
I have 60K miles and ten years on the borgeson unit with no leaks and 12.7 steering ratio.
You could install about any [salvaged, new or rebuilt] pump. You can even buy electric-driven P/S pumps, if you don't want to screw with the belts/pulleys. An adapter plate for the S-10 box???? You can't drill another set of holes in the frame rail so the S-10 box is placed appropriately???
This ain't rocket science, folks. Spend the K-note on Borgeson, if you want. Wasted money, if you ask me....

Every single part for the complete power steering system is available new from Paragon. You can get it as a complete "kit," or you can get each part individually. I just did a complete conversion on a manual steering '67 427 to the stock power steering (actually, "power assisted") configuration. No problem- works just like a stock, original system. Plan on spending around $1200 for the complete system.

Why don't you post how to install the S10 box? I'm very curious how you expect to pull it off since the S10 steering gears are not even close to matching the C3 Corvette steering gears.
Drill holes in the frame? How do you install the spacer sleeves between the inner and outer sides of the frame once you've drilled these holes?
The fact is that there are 0 (zero) factory applications with a power steering gear that will bolt in place. If there was, everyone would recommend using a Brand X Model Y steering gear. The closest is a Jeep steering gear, and with that one you need to adapt the mounting ears to fit the frame with some adapter plates. If not doing it that way, you could drill new holes and cut the frame open so you can put the spacer sleeves into the right spot and then weld it back up. But if already going that far you might as well replace the whole inner section of frame where the box mounts to stiffen the frame and make sure it doesn't flex or crack.
Of you could spend about $400 for the box or $600 for a kit that includes everything but the pump and use a steering gear that simply bolts into place on the car. To me, that seems like the smart solution for someone getting a shop to install the system.
