Is distributor lead wire special?

Looks like a box with some 'age' on it. Likely some old stock bought up for resale on eBay. You never know what you will get, if the ad photo doesn't show the actual product inside.
It's not what you ordered, it seems. Item should have come with a 'loose' terminal for putting on end going to the coil. Strain relief and distributor end terminal should have been assembled on the wire.

Thank you for the offer, however, this came directly from NAPA so I'll let them sort it out. Just one of those things.
