Need help. Have dash out on both sides of my 73 corvette. Replaced heater core, vacuum hoses for lights and replaced panel bulbs with bright leds. When I went to check all light functions I ran into... front turn signals don't flash when I pull on lights. I know GM had the side light, turn light alternate flash, but front turns don't flash while side lights stay on.

Did you also change the dash indicator bulbs to LED?
If so that's your problem. Might try a electronic flasher relay but I have had no luck with Led dash lights on my '74, I do have all exterior lights converted to LED and I have changed both the emergency flasher and the turn signal flasher to electronic and the emergency need reverse polarity

Bulbs located in the front turn signals will not work EVEN with an electronic flasher. The reason is because the side light blinks opposite the front turn signal. You can use green led for the dash / speedometer indicators, (make sure they are not Polarity Sensitive).

I'm guessing that your (turn signal) flasher module is shot. It is in a clip on the backside (near the bottom) of the passenger side dash pad. The flasher in the fuse panel is for the 4-way flashers.
