I will be painting mine this spring and clearing out all of the crap so that my garage is a dedicated vette and tool only garage. Looks great Olivier

That looks great.

I hope you used an epoxy so the hot tires would pick up the paint. I can only imaging how long it took to mask off that pattern.

Like it, Go get you some red or blue cove base. That will make it look more finished on the edges. I have that Hot water heater problem too. I keep saying I'm going to put it in the attic, but my house is for sale.

Re: Checkered Garage Floor.. (TonyQT)
Great job :hurray: I painted mine last summer not knowing much about what to use and the first time my wife pulled her Durango in the paint came up. Since then we bought the Vette and it has just gotten trashed with all the work I've been doing to it. I'll have to redo it some time, but not till the car is much further along.

The floor looks great!! With the right paint it should last a long long time. Are those vette parts on the washer and dryer ?

Re: Checkered Garage Floor.. (GrandSportC3)
I did mine in concrete and acid stain. It looks a lot better in person and I still need to seal it. I always wanted to try it, I did, but NEVER again! Too much work!
