Thanks man. The car's running 17x11 ZR1 style wheels with the GS offset. Last summer I through on some GoodYear GSD3's (or whatever they're called). Size is 315. They're quite a bit wider than the old 315's I ran, and as a result stick out just a tad further than before. Maybe about 1/4" past the fender.

For a few pic's of the car...

Car looks ABSOLUTELY KILLER! How much do you like your electric water pump? How much was it? And where did you get it... If you dont mind me asking! Im thinking about doing mine because Im going to have to work on some other coolant issues before I get my trans done and have the car back on the road!

I may revive your old thread

When I did my exhaust I first wanted something that didn't run me out of the car with drone but still sounded good and I didn't want to spend big bucks to do it. I bought a Monza style exhaust square tipped with a rear cat back Y pipe with a balance tube and heat shields for the rear spring . It sounds great and cabin noise is very low, the one thing I really like is they don't hang below the body line of the car looking from the side. I think it sucks when you see mufflers hanging below the rear quarters. Guys on here with excessive cabin noise have a balance tube welded in it will help

Ok, so i have searched and searched to find information on different exhausts (mainly cat backs) on here. Most of the information below is what i have gathered and i encourage people to chime in to correct or add to something i missed. The whole "which exhaust is better" debate seems to be common post on here and hopefully this will help some other new people in the future. The information below is mostly for LT1/LT4's and i guess some of it could apply to an LT5 also.

Corsa

The highs:
-Great quality
-Fitment is superb
-No resonance
-Good sound/looks
-And, just the name Corsa says something

The lows:
-PRICE!
-Only 2.5" system offered, no 3"

*Expect to pay about $1,000 - $1,300 for an LT1 system depending on the vendor. Less expensive for the L98.

http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...arch&plindex=0

Corsa system with long tube headers:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cC0xx3U1ZZE

B&B (Billy Boat)

The highs:
-Price is a little less than Corsa
-Offer a 3" and 2.5" system
-Fitment seems to be good
-IMO the tips look better than Corsa

The lows:
-Earlier systems have terrible resonance
-Some prefer the "raspy" sound of corsa over the deep tone of B&B
-Even though it is less expensive when compared to Corsa it still is a good amount of $.

*Expect to pay about $1,000 for a 3" system and about $900 for a 2.5".

http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...arch&plindex=1

Magnaflow

The highs:
-Much cheaper than Corsa and B&B
-Good looking muffler and tips
-full 3" system now available for late model c4's

The lows:
-Some have reported resonance and others have not.

*Expect to pay about $750 for the full 3" system (LT1/LT4).

Here is some pics and a video of the 3" magnaflow system:

Here's a sound picture for y'all: a 92 LT1 with Corvette Central HOT mufflers, SW long tubes, a MagnaFlo X-pipe, RT cats, and, of course, the HotCam kit. Turn up your speakers. Enjoy.

I went with something different Ansa Sport exhaust, awesome rumble, and I added the walker rear Y with the crossover tube to make sure I didn't have any resonance. I've had them for about 6 years now. Still love the way they sound!

I've got the ANSA exhaust too, its loud as shit! I don't mind it though since I just drag race the car. On my 94 I put on dual Supertrapp's like the old calaways had. Sounded great, and I could change the way it sounded by adding diffuser discs.

Thank you! I will try to make better video of the exhaust when I get my summer tires on.
The cam is CC503

From this video you can hear that it's not the most quiet exhaust http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e5NiF1VZg9k
