Be happy you have a job. Alot of adults would kill for your job. Families to feed, bills to pay, and somewhere to sleep at night. If anyone puts down on a person for flipping burgers, bagging groceries, or being a cashier, karma will bite them in the *** when they are trying to look after a hungry family. If your not a drug dealer, then any job is a good job.

If someone wants your Corvette bad enough, they'll find ways around most methods. I wouldn't figure Corvettes as targets for car theft anyway as they tend to stand out from the more complacent cars stolen.

Anybody that steals a competition yellow Vette won't be driving too many places without getting noticed.

Edit:
Well there's one remedy, buy a yellow Vette!

AMEN...respectability isn't in what you do, but that you do.

Now as for the subject? A good old fashioned cut-off switch.

The zombie technicians at the dealerships only know how to work when a computer tells them what to do. Ie, hand held scanners....Nobody at the stealerships likes working on older cars because they have to get there hands dirty and bloody knuckles.

Beat me to the punch. People at Tire Kingdom couldnt figure out why the car didn't want to pull forward. Long time ago and I will never go there again.

I installed one of those keypad cut off alarms in my 87 Firebird back in the day. I figured the first place they would look to bypass it would be the ingnition so I wired it to the neutral safety switch being it was an automatic. I hid all the wiring really well and it worked great. They even tried to steal the car, broke the column but they couldn't figure it out, my sister actually found the thief in the car! It cost me my insurance deductible, but they didnt get the car.

i myself find that the 454 casull has more fear factor...and on a side note when lost the extremely large muzzle flash works well as a flash light/de stress flare

Two or three ideas that go along with some of the previous posts. 1. Garage. 2. Crazy Marine Vietnam Vet with multiple guns sticker in rear window. 3. Be seen getting out of car with .40 Cal Lugar in sholder holster and Walther PPK .32 in your belt.

I got a 1946 Russian M44 if the sound don't deafen them the muzzle flash will make them **** their pants I keep mine in a locked garage and there's always another car behind it. If you have to leave it somewhere and want a real simple anti theft trick pull the coil wire off it ain't going anywhere
