At least two more of my so-called "friends" stood by and watched him do it  and didn't even think to try and talk him out of it. Now ex-friends.
So the fiberglass is cracked in two places (one is a small "X" shaped crack in the center, and the other one is a long crack on the driver's side near the top (just after where the pin is). Not to mention the 20 or so new scratches where he slid across it.
Any idea how much this will cost to fix? I want to try and keep the costs low because it means he'll be more willing to pay, and also this guy is my boss, and I have to work with him.
If I can't trust the people I work with I may have to sell it, I use it as a daily driver.
F... him. If he is your boss get him fired because that is F... up. I hate making waves, but some SOB hit my girls car while we were at dinner and didn't leave a note. F... other people because most don't care, but if you did not authorize this then make him pay. Would you really want to work for a SOB that would do that, and there is laws that will protect you from being discriminated. Keep the video! :mad
I'm in a tricky situation as far as work goes, basically I'm on a work visa, and it only allows me to work for this company, so I'd rather not rock the boat, or I may have to leave the country.
I say get it fixed by a competent body shop...and blending the color will be almost impossible, so your going to have to pay some bucks, send him the bill.
If he does not pay, take it to small claims court, get a lein against his house. He will pay...and if he fires you, sue the SOB for wrongful termination.
Basically, you've found yourself in a position where you can do no wrong...and if your boss is smart, he will know this as well.

Who cares how much it costs. That's his problem, not yours. Don't suck it up and settle for a cheap repair because he's your boss. I'd ram this right up his a** if it was me, but then again I'm a vindictive sonofabitch when it comes to people messing with my cars.
I say take it all the way up. Get it fixed back to what it was before "Dippoopie" made his brilliant move on it and make him pay every dime!! If this was on work time, work property and all I would take it to the owner too.
