what he said Sharky, I don't believe I've responded to any of your comments but I have read quite a number of your posts. The ones I have read are always 'on'. I take a 'vacation' from the forum occassionally. Sometimes because I feel the need to get away from the flaming, sometimes because I disagree with what the moderators do (Scorp's forced vacation).
I always come back. Overall, its a great place and the majority of the people are here because they love the corvette. Take a 'brain drain', a 'stress relief', whatever, and then get your butt back here where you belong.

There will always be some folks that resort to bashing if you disagree with them. Sleep on it and maybe things won't look so bad in the morning.
In my opinion, this is the premiere Corvette website on the internet. Don't cut yourself off from such a good resource just because of a few misguided and/or immature individuals.

How many members are part of this fine forum? I'm talking about the Corvette guys, not the F-Body guys. Yep, a WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLE LOT of members. Of that many members, maybe 3% are bashers. 3%! It's a rare encounter, just ignore it and keep on goin'. Don't let other people over the internet get to you; it's just text! I don't know what was said or what went on, but it doesn't matter because I won't judge you for it and neither will anyone else. I have been bashed a few times on this forum and wasn’t too happy about it. Heck, I was ready to buy a plane ticket to have a little “discussion” with a certain forum member.
I have seen things that were just not right and took some time off myself, although I don’t think anyone even noticed.
One thing is for certain. We are all only human beings and human beings make mistakes. I can almost guarantee you that the person that bashed you doesn’t feel good about what he did. I think if he knew the facts things would be different.
I have seen the mods make mistakes, but they are also human beings, and they deserve a mistake now and then.
I hope that you can find it in yourself to forgive and forget. If you decide to never come back, well, I want to thank you for all of the help that you provided. It might be more appreciated than you think.
