anyone know the post he is talking about?

I believe it's that one...
Thanks for posting that, I read the entire thread and it makes me reconsider my position in my earlier reply, although I would recommend he stay around and learn something from all this.

The Corvette Forum is still the premier Corvette website around.

I really don't understand everyone on this one. If you were treated in this way how would you feel?

There was no bashing or flaming, someone wanted to know how to handle someone else from the forum that promised them that they wanted to buy a part. They knew the reader was getting the messages but they never responded other than "I want the parts and the money is on the way". The seller had other offers but was holding it for this particular individual. Only after several members of the forum begged to know who the culprit was was the name given out. And then it all turned around against the seller for no reason!!!!! All he was doing was asking a question.

After people read the original message others chimed in said they too had or are having problems with this individual with payment for items already shipped. Some waiting for 3 months!

Is this fair? Come on .... yeah, the guy gives out nice advice and is a pleasure to chat with online but is not very considerate when it comes to paying bills with other forum members. His excuses are rediculous and attempting to play with peoples emotions. This isn't the response I'd expected from everyone, I would like it if he (and everyone else) stayed too but not at the expense of other considerate members! We have to be honest with who we deal with on here and help each other, not use and abuse them. If he were on Ebay he'd be banned. Read the post ..... I still can't believe that many of you would put up with it ........ amazing.
