Great work! Your build reminds me a lot of mine except I did it on a 93. Thanks for showing your progress.
I went with coil overs and double adjustable shocks all around.
Sometimes I miss the soft ride it once had, but love the race car handling. I still have the stock seats which take out some of the bounce. I also went with a 32 MM sway bar up front. Running the stock bar in the back.
When you mentioned S&K and Glen Cove that sure brought back some memories. I moved away from North Babylon when I joined the Army in 1989. Moved around a lot as a kid and went to elementary school in Glen Cove. Haven't been back since 2008 when my dad passed. I always loved driving there.

Good luck on whatever you decide.
Joined the army in 89 and I was just being brought into this world LOL, Times fly dont they? Im going with Corbeau A4 Seats in mine. I really want the ultimate adjustability from coilovers so thats why I choose it and Banski Suspension rods too.

Just looked through here again.. you might want to get the lower shifter boot for the trans. seals are the shifter and body, it will keep out quite a bit of heat
Love this Build... Please take a video of the completed product...
Small world too as My Uncle is a Retired Nassau County Police officer, My Sisters were Born in Glen Cove... I have 2 Cousins in Bayville.. My Parents moved to NH While my Mother was Prego with me, the reason they moved is because at the Time Sanders Associates moved to NH...
I have fond memories of visiting my Aunt and Uncle in Oyster Bay.
Here's today installed on the driver side the last banksi piece the trailer arms. I have to do some touch up and polishing on the axle/knuckle but that's last. I'm actually going to change the sway bar and links to a van steel one in the future when the car is running. Awaiting next week for the van steel coilovers with QA1 shocks. Also need to polish the half shafts again.
took the cover off today to get sun. this is the stance i will be going for once the engine is in and coil overs adjusted. maybe a hair lower but will see
Don't mind some of the pics I need to touch up the paint on the frame and axle, install sway bars and I want to change all the splash guards in the fender wells etc. all that will be done last so she looks like 2017 =P
well guys updates, i got all new interior trims for the hatch, upper left and right halo trims and also got new exterior lamp housings. I also picked up a complete front bumper as my old one was garbage. Im having the car painted in 2 weeks and making somer serious progress. I will upload the pics soon. I finally got my piston order thru, went with Forged JE with double pin oilers, window mill & spin boss & Lateral gas ports and coated. Im looking to have the car painted, lights all on and bumper. ordered new door handles as well. thankfully I'm so busy at my marina I can afford to push the envelope. I know a lot of you are excited to see this soon so stay tuned! thanks for all the guys following me here. In the end with all the money i could've bought a used C6 probably but you know i always loved the 94-96 C4 coupes. It has that classic yet modern look. Most people know what a C6 corvette is, but when they see a really nice C4 done right theres a little more spice to it.
