Make sure you buy the right part number relays (the power and burn off are different). I bought by cross referencing the part numbers in the bulletin at Rock Auto.
Note my MAF wasn't bad, but I replaced it before I found this TSB. The new "Cheapy" threw a code 36. Cleaned the old Boesch MAF with MAF cleaner and put it back on after replacing the 2 relays in the TSB above. All codes gone, prrs like a kitten.
Just put the exact relays from the TSB!!! Here's a screenshot but I recommend printing the .pdf and making sure you put the right relay with the right connector (look at the wire colors from the TSB).
You are welcome. Took way too many hours to figure it out. Another member posted the TSB but it was buried....I literally let it idle and listened to it for hours yesterday (on and off).
Another member posted the TSB but it was buried....Good luck. Print the TSB!
I posted a link to the GM TSB from my site over 10 years ago in this post, but yours has a bit more info and 87-270 seems to have been superseded according to yours.

I think your post is where I found the TSB originally! Thank you
