Here in St. Pete. FL, very few Vette drivers wave back. I have just about stopped waving, in the last 5 years I've had maybe 4 or 5 other Vette enthusiasts return my wave. None of them were female.
Same here in South Florida.........:iagree:.......I have not stopped yet, but it get's old waving to yourself..... :D
The wave aside, I know I'm gonna get flamed for this but I don't care.....frankly I think the vettes should stay with men, its a fine brotherhood that way :D :yesnod: I can see the wall of flames coming my way right now
 I have two vettes and know more about corvettes than almost anyone else I know. Who's to say that passion should be confined to one gender? If you don't like a sexy lady who drives a beautiful, sleek car that she's passionate about, then I'm sure there are many others out there who will take up where you've refused  :auto:
I have gotten waves from about 90% of the female drivers that I have seen. The last one I got was from a nice looking LADY (notice the capital letters) in a C1, it looked like a '54 or '55. I thought that she was going to fall out of the car, she was waving sooo much.... I pulled over but she kept going. I think that it is great that women drive Corvettes. I actually wish that my wife would drive OUR Vette. I think that she is afraid of it.... :seeya :seeya :seeya :seeya :seeya , I don't care who is driving it, I wave to them all!!!!
And I guess I shouldn't be flying executives all over the country, either?!?!
If your comment was a joke, I didn't get it and my apologies in advance. If not....
Actually it is I should apologize :yesnod: I was j/k however after later reading what I wrote, I realized I sounded ridiculous! Please accept my apologies for my ineptness  :seeya

My apologies once again, I agree with you! :seeya

Apology certainly accepted. As we all know, the main problem with the internet is the lack of inflection in one's words. I mean, if you can't HEAR how someone says something, you lose SO much of what they've said.
You can't hear the lilt, the giggle, the sarcasm or the fear, for example.
Anyway, I didn't get your humor and I'm sorry, too. I didn't mean to jump at your throat when you didn't deserve it.

There was a lady in a C5 that almost ran off the road she was waving so hard!! I was waving back almost as frantically as she was because I was all excited that she was so excited!!
The guy behind me in a pickup truck must have thought that both of us were a bunch of looneys!
One other thing..I was having a bad day one day, left work, driving home with a :( on my face no doubt..and I met a black guy in a C3 coming in the other direction on this side street. He hung his head and his arm out the window and had a huge :D on his face with a !!
Thanks! I wave in Dallas too :D But around here a HUGE number of Vette drivers aren't enthusiasts and never wave, men or women. :( Their losse :) :blueangel:
Here's something to throw in. I pulled up next to a chick in a white c4 i waved and she didn't. I had a african american chick in a c5 actually speed up to me to wave. Come to think of it so did another one. So i'm at 2-1.
