EGR delete
With my new combo in process to be insatlled (383 with superram and 219 cam..) i want to get rid of the EGR.
I think i have enought "self Egr" from the cam.
What precisely I have to cap?
I have no problem to disable via Chip (I have experience on burning chips and i can confirm that is a very sicknesss..
), but I don't know where I have to put the block off plate(s)...
On the intake manifold (near the distributor) there is a pipe that goes to the exhaust.
I think I have to block this hole on the intake manifold...correct?
Then the EGR valve should be in the middle of the intake manifold, right?. Should I cap this hole also??

Beppe that is all you have to do, besides capping off the tube at the exhaust manifold side.

These black plates installed in the intake manifold are for this purpose?...or I have to buy some specific EGR blockoff plate probably less prone to leaks..?
A good amount of silicone sealer and the existing black plates are enought to avoid leaks?
