It's gotta be the *****. But you could buy so much more ***** than that for $200k. Ferrari is like a ***** subscription. Pay once, and hope you get your money's worth before it runs out.

if there is more power there why did gm stop at .525 lift with the LT4 hotcam? i would think that would be the breaking point for the flow. check out the link.. this is where i am getting my point of view from. http://purplesagetradingpost.com/sum....html#GM%20LT4

The hotcam's lift is at the limit of the LT4 valve spring. This cam was created as a bolt-on to the LT4 without having to change anything in the valvetrain. That's why the lift is only .525

That url, as well as the countless many that I have seen fail to extrapolate the flow rates between .500 and .600 lift. It doesn't tell you what's happening at .550, .560.....etc.

With a stock LT4 head, I'd be looking for intake lift in the .540 to .550 range, and slightly higher lift on the exhaust side. But this is just my opinion.

well i know that is the limit for the valve springs limit but it would make more sense to just make the proper spring for the use of a cam that would allow enough valve lift for max flow since that spring is far too large for the stock cam in the first place and then produce a cam for it as an upgrade that still doesn't give you the most flow out of your high output head. but i haven't seen the breakdown of flow in the .5-- range
