How to diagnose the problem? Compressor? Clutch? Something else?

Okay, what exactly is not happening?

Something as simple as low refrigerant can prevent the compressor from coming on....

Freon is fully charged. Just sounds like the clutch is not engaging.

Well, start the car, turn the AC on, lift the hood, and see if the compressor is spinning.
...that would be the first step.

And if it's fully charged, check the connection at the Low Pressure Switch. If it's come loose, it won't run - in fact wriggle it around to make sure you don't have an intermittent. Also, disconnect and reconnect the battery to remove any a/c trouble codes from memory. If it comes on, any trouble code should reset.

Mine isn't working either, but it says it's low on freaon, and the car was already converted to 134. I'll have to refill it and see if it has a leak or somewhere...

Make sure you disconnect the battery after filling it with freon to erase the codes.
The AC will not reset itself and the CCM will not turn on the AC if the codes are not erased.
