The pulleys are powder coated except for the AC and the alt. I tried to get the alt pulley off but the damn thing argued so let him be.

I copied agent86 on this.
I would recommend slipping some split wire loom over the coolant hose though to protect it from rubbing against the a/c bracket.

Good point Kevin, i did notice a tiny wear mark after 2 years of duty. Decided to just smooth all the edges the hose came in contact with before i installed the new piece.
