Default TB Bypass Pics

Someone asked about my TB hose routing and at the time i had already started the teardown, so no pics. Yesterday i re-installed the hose and took a couple of pics but can't remember who asked, so here you go.
I bent the metal tube down a bit so the hose would blend in better with the rest. Goes under AC compressor and straight into intake.

The pulleys are powder coated except for the AC and the alt. I tried to get the alt pulley off but the damn thing argued so let him be.

I copied agent86 on this.

I would recommend slipping some split wire loom over the coolant hose though to protect it from rubbing against the a/c bracket.

Good point Kevin, i did notice a tiny wear mark after 2 years of duty. Decided to just smooth all the edges the hose came in contact with before i installed the new piece.

nice looking engine compartment!! congrats, i also saved the best for LAST , completely replaced c4 with C5 and not looking back, tried of fixing the God**&*(am thing.. gone like history..lookin at getting second C5...best of luck
