A younger fellow I work with and I are going to line them up on the strip after I get it broke in. He has a 02 Trans Am WS6 with the LS1.
I think he dynoed at 318rhp.
I will let you all know what kind of time I run, I hope to get on a dyno also, will post the results.

The Best of Corvette for Corvette Enthusiasts
I think he dynoed at 318rhp.
It is ALIVE.
We got the old engine out in 3 hours. Took awhile longer getting the new one in due to several things including changing out the valve retainers/locks that were for a LS1. I also had trouble with the engine rotating very hard by hand.
We pulled the pan and a friend of mine found the problem, I nicked one of the connecting rod journals on the crank and it was digging into the bearing.
We corrected the problem, finished the install and she is runnng great.
I will go the the exhaust shop this morning and get it hooked up properly, and flash the tune to the PCM this afternoon.
Many thanks to all that have provided advice and help.

Looks Awesome!!
