Default Intermit Code 13

Had a Intermit Code 13 on the way home from Carlisle. About a hour and a half into the ride home on the PA Turnpike the Service engine Light came on and went back out. Of course as soon as I got home I checked for stored codes , code 13, O2 sensor. I was going to clear code and see if it comes back on since it was not a hard code. Any info on if thats OK or should I try and diagnose further?? jzvette

13 is an open in the Circuit. Check the connector and wiring - often it will hit the header and burn up - hopefully yours is just a loose connection.

SunCR and Ageny 86, thanks for the info. I'm going to check my O2 sensor connection and wire. I forgot to say that I have a cat-less front Y-Pipe(still has center cat) , I'm not sure if that could contribute to a code 13. The code is intermittent for now, and it hasn't affected my engine idle or performance, but it couldn't hurt to check the connection and wire. JZ
