Most of the numbers come from CHP Head Database. The Performer Corvette,
AFR 180 Eliminator and Trick Flow 23º 175 numbers come from their respective
manufacturers.
Something to keep in mind when comparing different heads. The
CHP data shows that flow often diminishes as chamber size gets
smaller on different models of the same head. So consider this
when looking at numbers for heads from different mfrs.
If head 'A' with a 69cc chamber flows more than head 'B' with a 61cc
chamber, don't assume you can get head A, mill it down to your
desired chamber size and still see the same flow capacity - the
CHP results suggest that flow will drop.
The Trick Flow 23º 175 heads above price out at $1K -$1.2K,
depending on the spring package.
TFS-30300001 - 1.250" Single Springs
TFS-30300002 - 1.470" Single Springs
TFS-30300003 - 1.460" Dual Springs
I'm not sure I could have someone rebuild and port D-113 heads
at a comparable price in my neighborhood when all is said & done.
Looking back at head work that has been done for me in the past,
I have not been satisfied.
.
I have 195 trickflows and for the last 2 years have been troublefree. Shipped from summit $1240.
I was going to go with AFR heads but 2 years ago they were in the thick of having problems with their heads. IF they corrected those problems I would consider them as well.
I wouldn't go with the 175 trickflows, seem more to me to be suited to a 305 engine.
Contrary to what you read the 195 heads are fine for a 350.

You can find 113's for good prices out there with a little patience if yours are toast. If not a good valve job and 1.6 RR's and springs and you are good to go.
