LOL, don't think I have posted new pics in a while because everything is getting ready for paint, powdercoat, etc so I should have some good ones by end of this week probably.

Custom dash covered in graphite-color "Rave" material:
Powdercoated panels and rearend parts:
Starting to put it back together!!!!!!
Mufflers had to be welded to make them shorter - they are not done yet but the pipes will come out and "merge" together to form a single, oval outlet right under the differential:
Panels riveted in place, the 2 on either end will be removeable so that I can access my batteries:
Aeromotive A1000 Fuel pump:
Fuel cell "scalloped" at the rear so that I can actually reach all my rear lights now:
Fuel rail modified to accept standard AN fitting, will have -10 going in and -6 coming out:
And my favorites . . . . . . car is going to sit NICE:
Thanks!
You are definitely setting the bar high for the rest of the C4 crew. I'm actually in the planning stages of a lot of mods....but nothing even remotely near the level of what what you're doing. I can't wait to see the finished product. Props for stepping up and taking a C4 to the next level.
I can't imagine pouring all this dough into a car and then risking it!!
Thanks everyone for the comments, should be running really soon!!!!!!!
Well Pinks All Out is not the version where you risk your pink slip. It is the version where you are given the chance to win $1,000, IIRC, in each of multiple rounds (you can bet the other driver too with the money you win). Nobody loses their car (and sometimes you can also win a couple grand worth of tools or other prizes).
, it'd be cool to see a C4 take the cake and see all this hard work come to fruition on NATIONAL television!
Awesome thread and build - I've been reading it since the beginning as a lot of people have. It seriously looks awesome!
I think you have passed the national debt on that build .
I think I would have gone with the black Aeromotive pump ,I have the red one and I mixed C-17 and what was suposed to be E-10 turned out to be E-22 1/2 and it ate my seals in the pump.Aeromotive rebuilt it for free because I was a DA and did not read the directions, and said I need to get the black pump it will run gas or E-85 ,it's only about $175.00 more .
Nice build ,what engine are you going to run?
