Top pic: Again, if that is the hose coming off the water pump under the AC compressor (you have not told me if it is yet),
then it goes like this shown in blue arrows. It does not go to port 3 on TB.

Remove the extra highlighted portion with red x's that is attched with hose clamp in your pic and throw that chit away.
I don't even know why it's even there. It does not belong there. Seperate at the blue line where the hose clamp is.
Now stick the remaining hose into the port I showed with blue arrows above and you're done with this one.

Middle Pic is correct. But since you are bypassing TB, leave this "U' hose out now since no coolant is going into port 3.
Instead run a hose directly to the bottom front intake port "bypassing" the TB altogether. Instead of going straight into Port 3,
you are using a longer hose to go around that and into the bottom front intake port instead. That's it.

The port on front of TB (port 4) is left alone, as is the side TB port (port 3) like in my pic below. No coolant is traveling through TB now.
You can just leave these open, or remove the bottom peice and cut the coolant passages off like Agent 86 did.
The hose that my finger is on in the pic below is the TB bypass hose. It goes directly to the bottom front intake port instead of port 3
which was the factory routing.

Bottom pic goes like this: You have it correct only as long as you pink highlighted hose is coming off the
outlet in red circle below, not the blue circle.

Yes, which on mine leads to the charcoal canister area by front left headlight via hose. Coming out of the tube there, it wraps around between valve cover and back of air pump, then runs along the wiring harness on wheel well edge.

If it's closed, port 2 is for canister purge.

Weird. On mine it's open. It's probably the one that on yours comes out TB port 2 instead. I'm just guessing though.

I can't see GM making a tube in that shape without there being something like a nipple at the end.
I need better pics.

Yeah see there you go. Port 2 goes to the Canister purge as Agent had said. On my diagram that line is not there. I'm pretty sure mine comes off that aluminun tube in your pic above. How it actually routes to the purge valve on your engine I don't know.
