Look at SamLam's picture. The heater hose that runs from directly below the intake coupler around the A/C components back toward the firewall is it.

Here is my bypass.
The hose with clamp goes under AC compressor and straight onto intake base nipple. In the pic you can also see where the other heater core line ties into tee(water pump and oil cooler).
Her you can see the coolant line going into intake base nipple.
Few more pics

Oh, and if you are wondering why you don't see any coolant nipples on TB, it's because I cut them off.

Good idea, because their kinda in the way. I have to look at the TB and see what to do with those hose fittings.

It's the IAC but I'm not sure how it relates to cutting off the H2O passages.

#2 is a vacuum fitting that swings around from the drivers side, which has a 90 degree connection on it.

My car is at the shop, for the next week. Go to
www.picturetrail.com
on the top right put in jsupino. I looked, can't really see it.
there's a lot of motor pics there, maybe you'll see something that helps.

It's the IAC installed in what's left of the lower TB plate, after removing the nipples and coolant passage.
Turn your TB over and you will see.

Port 2 is plugged on my 86, 87 may be the same. Does the aluminum tube for PCV>intake vacuum port(drivers side) have a nipple and hose going to canister ?

I can't help you with port 2. '86 cars did not use them. The vacuum diagram on radiator shroud will show what it goes to, but obviously won't show how it's actually routed on the engine bay.
