I put one in my 93 LT-1. The car goes low 9's in the quarter mile now and I get 35 MPG at WOT. I only got one run, I need a roll cage now.

Now about the bridge I have for sale?

Back on topic. Got it a while ago and did the un-scientific seat of the pants test.

Result: not worth a crap.

Contrary to what everbody else tells you on my 355 with a stock throttle body I picked up 9 RWHP with the air foil installed in back to back dyno testing. I was making around 425 engine HP so maybe that accounted for the large increase, I do not know what it will do on a stock engine.

Even with the possible power gain, I still wouldn't buy it. I've heard of some cases of it breaking and getting into the intake, causing huge problems. Not worth the risk IMO.

I got one ONLY so when I sprayed nitrous the fuel would not collect and puddle in the throttle body, it serves as a windbreak around it.

I didnt put much thought into it past that.

if you were breathing through a airfoil would it make you run faster?? If it did every sprinter would be using one in the 100m.

LMAO

I took my old one off the shelf, inserted into my mouth and ran around the neighborhood. Only result was it made bugs easier to swallow by splitting them in half.

For those of you who are expecting a seat of the pants gain from a $60 investment, me thinks that you need reexamine your expectations. You're not going to 10 or 20 hp in the seat of your pants. One guy above has reported a dyno gain, that's what is telling the story.

Hey,Just market a flexible mouth guard piece like boxers use,and have it an airfoiled center and you only need to sell a million of them or so.Sell them to runners and other olympic athletes looking for a non steroid edge!

PS...this might SELL..who knows!People use to stick band aids on their nose remember??

How does it work?
The Turbonator's airflow dynamics can produce a swirling, fast-burn effect in the combustion chamber. This can create finer particles of atomized fuel, allowing better flame propagation and more complete combustion. Read more..

"I purchased two Turbonators for my Chrysler Sebring and immediately noticed the increase in power. It was more than I expected. I am already noticing the improved gas mileage. I like them so much, I am ordering two more for my brothers. Now, it feels like my car has a turbo charger." - Dr. Brian Coyle (San Jose, CA) Read more testimonials..

I had one of those air foils that came with my Vette for more than 12 yrs. I just left it alone there so never tried to see if there was any gain or not, couldn't tell...sorry. You could have it if you want.
