!!!HELP!!! Coolent leaking!!
I have a 1988 Corvette. no real mods......air pump delete. trans:4/3. I started my corvette and drove it very hard......motor was cold( I know that was stupid!!). I got out of the car and saw coolent pouring/ driping down behind the front passenger tire. I still had to drive it home, and on the way home my lower right leg got covered in coolent. I think it might be the heater core. I im a newbe!! please help! battery also died a few days later. tryed to jump it , but no go. the car not starting might be the vats.............coolent could have done some thing....! should i replace heater core???

Do not twist or pull core hoses. First thing to do is PUSH the hoses onto the nipple pipes. That expands the hose around the pipe, just enough to break the seal.
