So I thought I had fixed my headlight motors.. I figured out that the relays were bad.. They worked for about a week, and started to stop working again. So I bought some new relays and put them back in and they worked for about a week. So instead of blowing $45 a week I decided I need to try and find out what the hell is going on.. Any ideas?

Jim, what are they doing or not doing that you need to fix?
Sorry, just getting the doors to open and close.. The doors always close but don't always open.. When I first change the relays the doors work fine for about a week.. But the right headlight is usually the first to go. Then eventually they both stop opening.
Are you sure it's not the bushings? One of my headlights wouldn't come up after a paint job, the cover was just barely hitting, just needed a little adjustment. I hope you cleaned all the relay connections. You may even want to pull the connection and inspect the back side, look at the wires.
Sounds like the headlight motors need to be replaced. Too, much electrical resistance causing the relays to fail.
I had the same problem and after many checks and testing, I finally decided to buy two replacement motor assemblys from Ecklers which solved the problem.
