Based on Ebay, this car was never sold. The ad was removed by ebay.
I did some search on this and here it is.

Mixed up with this....
And then call out the Guy that claimed the Brown one?? WH seems to be pretty clear on what He owns and why....and then adds a cool story about who built the car.
Collectors collect things......I have almost 20 guitars....if you heard me play you'd ask why I collect things I have no business playing.......but that doesn't stop me from appreciating a fine instrument
I'm confused at where you are headed with this......they are clearly two different cars posted by separate members.

Post #46 Now claims to have two C3. One SBC but he mentions in the C3 forum it is a BBC and the other one to be Post #14.
Here he mentions he bought Post #1 (Post #14) claims this is the Blue C3 but the Blue C3 has soft bumpers. This brown C3 has chrome bumpers. The brown appears to be a 68 Vette. Why? Because it does not have the Stingray decal on the side fenders.
The blue Vette is a 78 or 79.
Wanted to add this pic so people don't think I have the Opramobile....It was the one on E-Bay that was in the first post of this thread and here it is!!! I'm currently stripping the hidious paint job thats on it in the pic, gona go black with a motion stripe. And in response to the one reply, Enzo Stuardi was a race car driver in the 60's and 70's...Thats who built it...he used to do worse to Lambo's if you can beleive it.

I know this is and old thred, but I just wanted to let you guys know that I'm the one who bought the "Ugliest Corvette Ever" lol. I've been on the C3 forum, and noticed this one. I thought" I wonder if it's the one I bought", and sure enough.......At least I have a number 1 car in some catagory....:-)
I was a member of the forum a couple years ago, but I just re-joined about a month ago under a new name(forgot the old one I used). The thread actually came up in a google search I was doing(small world kind of thing I guess). I bought the car about 3 months after this thread was posted. I don't have a C4, I have 2 C3's both 68's..1 numbers matching SB, and the other is the ugliest corvette ever apparently. Just had to comment on it when i saw the thread.

Grew up seeing the old "Street Freak" theme on those cars...wild flairs, scoops, N50s, tunnel rams and crazy metallic paint.
For some reason I (not sure Id own one but) like seeing stuff to this day.
Each one was its own creation, a little different. You can only see so many stock bodied cars
