I can't spare the 30 minutes to make a dozen, but I can send you a CAD drawing.
Thanks for the kind words, the camera takes 20 years off.

Damn that is high-tech!
You know that tranny is going to need some yellow paint before it goes back in.

Would it be a good idea to bevel the edges just to make it more trick? Can this whole assembly be painted yellow?

I'm just curious, where is the bell housing?
And why again are you pulling the tranny?

I bet it's still in the car attached to the motor.

Is that "easier"???
I guess every time I've pulled one, it was to get to the clutch and replace it.
If you are just after the tranny (and the clutch is fine).....looks like 4 bolts and you are free.

That rocks! I had to use 2 jacks at the same time when I did mine, and my arms were sore in places that i didn't know existed when I was done. Very cool.

Bell was still bolted to block.
I'm doing the clutch, short throw arms and checking out the syncros and shift forks. About once a month, she pops out of 1st or 2nd, during a decel.

It's a lot easier to remove the bell bolts after the trans is out of the way.

^^So when you did that, you basically unhooked the electronics and the TV cable....The Shifter linkage....four bolts that connect it to the Bell housing and out the thing slid???
Was there wriggling to get it to release?
