Removed the whole Fuel Pump/Fuel sending unit again, disconnected the fuel pump itself, put it in a bucket of soapy water, hooked it up to the battery and ran it for about 2 or 3 minutes, blew out the fuel and fuel return line, replaced the Fuel Pressure Regulator.. runs like a champ... also did the timing.. it was at 0 for some reason... advanced it to the 6 degrees stated under the hood.. ran good. 8.. ran better.. it's now at 10 degrees.. and runs amazing, better then it ever has. average mpg is around 20 - 22 on the highway, and jumps off the line. Thanks to all for the info.
