I have a 94 LT1 that is primarily and autocross car. While racing, I got a bad leak on the high pressure power steering line where it comes out of the pump. I replaced the pump and line and it was fine. Until I raced again. Now it leaks again from the same spot.
I called the guys at Turn One and they recommended a Doug Rippie high pressure braided line.
Anyone else ever have this problem?

Not sure if this applies to your year pump but - on the earlier C4 years - there is usually a small "o" ring that goes on the end of the high pressure hose in-between the fittings....manufacturer warn of leaks if it is not installed.
I changed my steering pump out this last spring when the new engine went in....I've had no issues with the new pump however I'm not autocross the thing. I did however have and issue with the rack and pinion feeling sloppy a few months after the pump install. I didn't feel like going through the fiasco (shops seem to have trouble ordering the correct quick ratio) of ordering a installing a new rack & pinion so I threw a bottle of "Lucas" power steering goo in the reservior with the hopes that it would tighten the thing back up. The stuff worked like a champ feels like a "new" rack! I'm not a big believer in addatives or other like snake oils but this stuff delivered.....my point is that the bottle says it stops leaks too....so this might be an alternative for your situation.
