I'm looking for long tube headers to my 1996 LT4 6-speed. I tried the search but I couldn't find anything. The difficult part is that they have to be W/ Air. And can't use stainless works exhaust system, because I want to keep my stock resonator (running with muff. elims.).

So what do you suggest?
EM (Exotic Muscle) headers have the AIR injection fitting you need.
However you will have to (or) have an exhaust shop fab up the short connector pipes and weld them to the resonator.
Will
Plus one on EM for AIR pipes. Merle sells extensions that get you pretty close on the factory cat back. I had to remove the resonator IOT add cats to the ends of the EM extensions I also had to cut one inch out of the air pipe and weld it back together in order for a perfect fit
I have the stainless works headers on mine with AIR and can run any exhaust I want to.I have run 3 different resonators and an x-pipe where the stock one goes.I don't see why you could'nt use it(Although I don't know why you would want the restriction with headers??).
Okey, if I leave that stock resonator out of the setup, what would you recomend then? Headers have to be W/ AIR and the system have to use catalytic converters. Then I need something to replace stock resonator. Would Magnaflow 2 in and 2 out muffler do the job? I wan't the max flow, but not the sound of the straight pipes. I use the car daily (go to work, grocery etc.) so the setup has to have something to reduce the resonance.
I'm not an expert but I have the Stainless Works and don't see why they won't work with a stock resonator. 96 lt-4 may be right about the restriction though. I had to get a muffler shop to fab and weld in tubes to connect my cats to my SLP resonator so I don't think it would have been any different. I have seen a lot of discussion on which cat back system will give performance with little drone and the system that keeps coming up is Corsa. How much money do you want to spend?

You asked about how much money would I like to spend. I don't. I want to go as cheap as possible, because this is daily driver and I want to focus my money, time and effort to my -77 Vet. My orginal idea was that I buy a totally stock car and keep it that way, but I ended up with a car that had the engine built at the Redline Automotive and the car goes 12.55 quarter miles with BFG drag radials, Hooker shorty headers and 100% stock exhaust, so I think there might be some potential. So, I am willing to buy headers ~650-800 USD, high flow cats ~200 USD/pair and if I have to, I can buy new resonator(plus the fact that I have to pay shipping to Finland and taxes). But I don't want to buy any cat back, I wan't to find suitable resonator and use my muff. elims.
The reason I suggested the Corsa was because you wanted performance without drone noise and based on many posts I've read Corsa will do that. The reason I asked how much you wanted to spend was because Corsa's aren't cheap. 12.55 1/4 mile, I wish mine would do that. But I'm working on it. I paid around $1100 for my Stainless Works lt headers with hi flow cats and lead pipes. They're normally $1400 but your $800 plus $200 for headers and cats can be done. The SW headers also allowed all of the stock stuff to be connected. I spent a little more to have them fitted and welded by a muffler shop. I wish I could help more but I only know what worked for me. Good luck.

On my 96 LT4 stroker coupe I use EM long tubes that hook up to seperate 3 inch hi flow Magnaflow spun metal cats that hook into a Magnaflow 3 inch X pipe + resonator cat back system.
IMHO you can't beat it.

I have read a lot about EM long tubes, but their internet site is down. Are they out of business or what happened?
