The fuel pressure port is on the passenger side fuel rail. It's a schrader valve, like what you woulf find on a wheel's valve stem.
Im new to this so I need a little more info, I found one up near the radiator. Is this under the hood that I am supposed to be looking for. I jsut dont want to hook it to something that isnt cool. It said there was one for the ac as well.

OK, finally found it. Looks like it is getting a pressure of 40.
That's enough pressure to start engine. Have you checked for spark ?
If there is spark, try starting it with starting fluid, with MAF removed and un-plugged.

Someone had told me to spray the TB with some carb cleaner and then hook everything back up and try again. I havent tried with the MAF off, didnt know if that was ok or not. I will try that this evening.
86's websites are a wealth of info, dig deep there. Sounds like you may have a fuel problem as indicated above. May be your fuel pick up is loose in the tank if you have problems with it when its at an angle like when loading on and off a trailer.

I took the MAF Sensor off and it still wouldnt start.
Do a ohm check on you pickup coil. It is located in the distributor. There are plenty of threads and youtube video on how to replace it. I think I have a detailed thread on here on when I had to do mine.
