Intake on along with the new egr valve...I stopped after that because everything went so smoothly I didn't want to jinx it.

Got the drivers side runner on today but had a problem with the rear bolt closes to firewall. It tightened up and its still about 1/8" away from runner. I think I may add a couple washers? I don't remember it being like this but guess its possible. I did clean the threads very well and ran a threader down the intake runner holes.

Another day working on it and another fight.

Is it the right bolt? Some are longer than others.

Extension, and universal if you have to. I just used an extension. Make sure it is not getting cross threaded, or I think you will have sealing problems, and have to take the crap apart again.

Well I took that back one out that wouldn't go in all the way and got a shorter one at a shop. I also grabbed a couple new ones for other places.

I also replaced the o-rings on the injectors, fig. since they were 20+ years old why not since it was there. Didn't cost much and were easy to get off and on. Blue are new.

So I got the runners on and the fuel rail..things are coming together!!
