Help me with this clue regarding my stalling problem.
When my 91 6speed is driven until full operating temperature then shut off for about 15 minutes. when I go to restart it will begin to fire but then stalls. Here is the clue. I had the climate control on Auto and it was stalling. I hit the off button and it started. What I don't understand is that it did the same thing when I had low freon so the compessor wasnt engaging.
The other issue I have is when the air is on and I am coming to a stop, I push in the clutch and the RPMs drop off to 500-600 then it stalls. It will start right back up.
does it get really hot, like bubble over.
overheating issues?
Does the AC pulley free wheel when it is not engaged?
And yes, the car compensates for idle rpm no matter what. it is always trying to hit the target range. Ac on, rpms drop for a second, IAC opens up to bring the rpms back up.

It ran a bit hot before I had the air fixed and only one fan was running. It does not over heat now. I bought a new Auto Zone IAC. Could that be the problem?

it is a start.
Put it in, but I would spray a little throttle body cleaner in the AIC hole.
