1993 Corvette; 2 years ago I purchased a new set of HOOKER SUPER COMP,2151-1HKR Headers (84-96) corvette 350.I just finished Engine rebuilt, and went to use the headers and found ,that the right hand header, pipe #2 cylinder is laying tight against the top of motor mount; #4 cyl pipe is adout .025 from hitting the rear edge of the engine mount. Has anyone run into this problem with HOOKER HEADERS before; if so what/how did you FIX the problem??? Left Header fits perfect...
those issues are usually fixed with a few light blows with a hammer in the areas that are too close. its an issue with multi year fit headers thats been going on 40 plus years that I know of.
I've run a couple of sets of 2151s and haven't run into any clearance problems. The headers are tight with straight plug heads, but other than that, everything was fine.

Maybe "HOOKER" made a mistake in MFG. the Headers. I was hoping that a few other people had the same problem, before I go to back Hooker to see what they say...
im running hooker 1 3/4 comp headers on my 86 with afr heads and had no problems
I could be wrong but I think that"GM" changed the engine mounts in 92-96 for the LT-1/LT-4 engine , thats the only thing I can think of that may be causing the problem...
