Default codes 34 and 44

Surges when warmed up and throws a code. It appears the previous owner has done some mods there are vacuum lines plugged. I am trying to determine what and where they are supposed to go. i am thinking the o2 sensor is seeing lean trying to adjust making it surge and the maff is seeing the difference in the air flow. Any suggestions?

WHere does the cruise control vacuum line connect?
The egr solenoid has hard plastic lines going to it which appear to have been changed since it is not bolted to anything. Is there more line that are supposed to come off of it other than the 2 hard lines? a nice detailed pic would be great. There is also a plugged line off a tee at the dist end of the motor on the drivers side what is it?

Anyone in cinci willing to lend a hand of let me look at theirs?

.
The vacuum line comes from port on passenger side of plenum, goes to T check valve. From there it tees, one line to HVAC via main wire harness on firewall, entering on passenger side, and the other line goes to cruise control and vacuum storage tank.
