well I decided to take some of yall's advice and just fix the head gasket and put a new radiator in on the stock motor.
Gonna port and polish the TPI intake to clean it up a little and then for the increase in power I want, I am gonna add the Bottle on it to juice it up when I want it.
Hopefully I accomplish what I want. What would you guys suggest for a cam on the Stock motor?? Something that sounds good and is gonna work good on the bottle?

Mid-late 90s Truck blocks are good for that plus they got 4 bolt mains.
Easier to just get a complete crate though if you go 383 you may want a slightly better head. Wouldnt buy an unknown ebay cheapie you just dont know what youre getting. You looking to rebuild the one you have or drop in something completely different (assuming you are)
budget?
No one has asked about the OPs transmission/drivetrain. It could very well be that a solid 383/396 or NOS would require a transmission and rearend (regardless of intake).
Total cost for a Viper-esque high-torque, reliable setup could exceed 10g's. Is that an issue?
Throw out a budget and specify the drivetrain issues before seriously considering this option.
