I don't know the size but think the easiest procedure would be to take the CS injector & pipe to a local h/w store and find a plug to match the threads. Of course you will also need a viton O-ring.

Thanks, but trying to turn this into a port for a fuel inlet; I have a prototype Camaro 1LE intake on my Callaway and need this setup to run an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

It has no threads, and a 7/8" freeze plug fits perfectly.

That may work for the port in intake, he is looking at the port at end of fuel rail.

I would think the fitting would either be M14 X 1.5 or M16 X 1.5 IF the fitting is removable from the end of the rail. The tube is actually attached by a nut & seal to external threads. Does there appear to be a place for a seal in your fuel rail?

A 1445 Aeroquip/Weather-head might change it to 3/8 inverted flare for you if it's M14 or a 1446 if it's M16.

This is assuming that it's a Saginaw type fitting and I believe that most of the fuel rails of that era used a Saginaw style fitting.

HotRodLane I believe used to do kits to change the CS injector to an AN6 exit. It could be worth a call to them. Their catalogs are tough to navigate. Page 3 of this .pdf displays the plug and fitting, page 4 maybe a different fitting but they certainly look to be Saginaw to me.
